Tarik Bellahcene leads Business Development and implementation efforts for SCS Global Services in Europe for selected programs. He is a Hydraulic Engineer and has a M.Sc. in Hydraulics Structures from Liege University in Belgium, holds an executive Business Management certificate from INSEAD and Business Sustainability Management from University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. He acquired in Belgium his first professional experience as a Project Engineer in the water and wastewater division of Tractebel. He is well versed in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) sectors; he contributed for the past two decades in protecting and enhancing public health by leading NSF International Water Certification Programs in EMEA. In addition to water and energy sectors, he is very active and involved in sustainability, circularity and decarbonization related topics.
