John Parker is Managing Director of the Energy, Biomaterials, and Circularity (EBC) Division at SCS Global Services. The EBC Division houses SCS’ low carbon fuels programs: ISCC EU, ISCC CORSIA, California, Oregon, Washington, New Mexico, Canada Clean Fuels, and Brazil’s Renovabio, along with its biomaterials and circularity programs: ISCC PLUS, ISCC CFC, SCS-115, RSPO, Zero Waste, Textile Exchange and Responsible Mining Services. 

John has more than 20 years of global leadership experience across sustainability, water, and natural resources markets. Prior to joining SCS, he served as Vice President of Operations at Tetra Tech, leading complex global sustainability portfolios across more than 30 countries and previously headed the firm’s international Environment and Natural Resources division. Earlier in his career, John managed multi-country water and natural resources programs for the U.S. Government and began his career as a Peace Corps Volunteer. He holds an MALD in International Environment and Resource Policy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and an MS in Agriculture, Food and Environment from the Friedman School of Nutrition at Tufts University.
