  • Build a knowledge base to support the successful implementation of an SQF System
  • Apply a HACCP-based approach to identify and manage food safety and quality hazards
  • Understand the process and steps required for SQF certification
  • (Optional Module) Compare SQF requirements with FSMA’s Preventive Controls regulation
